How do I take the liquid extracts? Can I mix them with drinks?

For most of our extracts, a single serving is two full squeezes of the dropper bulb, which will fill the glass pipette about halfway (approximately 1.25 ml). You can take the extract directly by mouth or mix it into water, juice, or a smoothie. For precise instructions, please refer to the "Suggested Use" section on each product's label.

How many servings are in each bottle?

Our standard 2 oz bottles contain approximately 48 servings, and our 4 oz bottles contain approximately 96 servings.

Some specialty products have different serving counts (e.g., Active Iodine has 200 servings). Additionally, topical products like BetterNail and BetterScalp are for external use and are not measured in servings. For the most accurate information, please check the serving size details on the product label.

When is the best time to take the extracts?

As a general guideline, we recommend taking one serving in the morning and one in the evening. Many of our products can be taken up to three times daily if desired. However, some products have specific timing recommendations for best results. For example, NoctuRest should be taken about 30 minutes before bedtime. Always check the product label for specific instructions.

Are the products safe for daily use?

If you miss a dose, you can either take it when you remember or simply skip it and continue with your next scheduled dose. There is no need to take an extra serving to "make up" for the missed one. Consistency is key, but missing a single dose will not cause any issues.

Should I take more than the recommended serving size?

We recommend following the suggested use instructions printed on the label, which is typically 1-3 times per day for most products. If you wish to use a product more frequently, we strongly advise you to first consult with your healthcare provider to determine the appropriate serving schedule for your needs.

Are your products safe for children?

Most of our products are formulated for adults. We offer MunoMax Kids, which is specifically designed to support a child's immune system. Even with products designed for children, we always recommend speaking with your pediatrician before giving them any new supplement.

Can I give Rejuvica products to my pets?

Our products are formulated for human use. The only exception is Ancient Pet Liver, which was developed specifically for dogs. For any other product, you must consult with your veterinarian to determine if it would be safe and appropriate for your pet.
